I purchased 2 engines from Juan for over 30k. I was very nervous since I am from NY and never heard of JJ Rebuilders. Due to the pandemic I could not fly down as well. I needed to do everything remotely. Juan did a great job easing my concerns regarding the engines and about being scammed. He did a face time call and showed me the shop, his face and the engines from top to bottom. This provided me with the comfort to purchase the engines without visiting. He was very personable and friendly. I would buy from him again.

They sold me a low hour used C13 Cat engine that turned out to be completely wore out. It had water & rust in the exhaust ports. The cam was completely wore out. the liners were scared and rusty. When I brought it to their attention, they informed me that my warranty was void because we opened up the engine after finding water in the exhaust ports. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE
Helped us out in a tight spot. They had a used turbo we needed overnight and we were able to install next day. We received exactly what we paid for in a timely and professional manner. Dealt with Juan primarily and Angela for shipping. Always nice to find another company in our industry you can count on. I recommend JJ Rebuilders.
I have to say JJ Rebuilders just got one of my customers out of a jam. Long story short Vanessa went way above and beyond to help us out and ship us our item less expensive, faster, and with much better service than we would have received at the dealer. I'm looking forward to doing more business with this company.
