my mom belonged to santos medical center for almost a year. She decided to go to another clinic and she told the doctor about 6 days before the end of September, and she told her that she needed to fill the prescription for the thyroid pills. the doctor told her that they could not send her the pills because she was going to another clinic, even though my mother no longer had a pill for the rest of September. They had given her an appointment for September 30 because she had vertigo and her pressure was lowered and that same day they canceled her appointment because as of October 1, she would belong to another clinic. this is incredible
