Never getting my mail/packages, always getting other people's mail/packages. In the job description it says they will be required to lift 50-75lbs on occasion, but they can't be bothered with a 30lb bag of dog food, because it's "too heavy". I'm tired if doing their jobs for them without the pay.

Since Aug. 11 I have 17 receipts to date. That,s one every two business days. Most times I go straight to the window and I have never had more than two people in front of me. They know their business. I,m a happy camper.
Hickman is the best! I love shopping local!! I also have a passion for good customer service. As of 9:45 this morning I made a conscious decision never to walk back into the local post office again. The women at the front desk has a lot to learn about customer service. I have delt with the rudeness numerous times. I'll just be driving to lincoln from now on.
HORRIBLE. That's all I got. I'm forever not getting my mail. Getting others people's mail and packages. It's ridiculous.
