Cremation Service: I live in Tennessee and got word that my daughter had died in the hospital at Hickory N.C. on a Monday morning. I went to Bass-Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday for information about cremation services. Their representative was courteous and very thorough, answering all my questions in detail. Left and check out other funeral homes in the area. I returned to Bass-Smith due to our prior interview and the superb services they offered. Their crematorium is on site. They followed through with their commitment as promised. I received my daughter’s ashes in the mail on Thursday, less than two days wait. Bass-Smith Cremation Services are honest and trustworthy.
