A family owned business with morals. They treat you like people instead of a source of income. Very well pleased with the services from this business. Very honest, prompt, knowledgeable and fair pricing. During the estimate they made some suggestions that actually saved me money. Their work is excellent and they are very good at cleaning up the trimmings. I will use them again if needed.

My wife and I just recently got to know this wonderful family! All of them work hard, they are honest and give the best quotes and do a great job! They stand by their word and anyone in the surrounding areas of Hickory, N.C. should call if they have tree service need. I have had in the past two different tree services over the last 10 yrs. and believe me we were taken advantage of, but learned a valuable lesson. Professional and honest. They made sure I was satisfied and they did the work exactly as I asked them to.
The Daltons are just good people. They're friendly and honest. They arrive on time, call you when they're on the way, and finish the job pretty much when they say they will. They clean up after themselves and never charge you extra for little things like chipping the wood or raking the leaves. I've used them four times now and have been very happy with the results every time.
Dalton and Son's did a phenomenal job cutting our trees down- they went ABOVE and beyond to get the job done! They even assisted in rescuing one of our cats that had been stuck in one of the trees for 4 days! They are amazing and will always be our #1 go to for tree services!
