Jimmy the manager really helped me out with a tire issue. Without going into details it saved me a lot of money. And I’d like to say as I was there waiting it was very busy yet all the staff there worked calmly and efficiently. You can’t please everyone but it’s a well-oiled business that gets the job done. I’ve used Firestone before but tried my luck with Walmart and Sam’s Club and they were both horrible. The guy at Sam’s decided to break my heads up display. Walmart tire shop was closed most of the year and could never put the right amount of air in the tires. I’d much rather have the professionals at Firestone.

Amazing experience! We had a flat tire about 40 minutes east of the shop on hwy 40.The tire was sliced in the tread and was not salvageable. We use Firestone in our hometown and I definitely wanted to use them. I called a little after 3pm and it was a Saturday so they were only open until 5. Jimmy who is the manager answered and immediately assured me that they would help us and not to worry about the time. We ended up purchasing two new rear tires and we were on our way in 45 minutes! Our technician was Torry and he did an outstanding job! Thanks for taking a stressful situation and making it easier for us!!
