Nice clean rooms. Little pricey but worth it cause other hotels in the area are gross with bugs but this hotel here is bug free. Quiet, nice staff.

The room was nice but pricey. I suggest you go online to book a room at a better rate. The price i found on the website was not what I got it for. Breakfast was served in a paper bag you could pick up at front desk.
Staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are slightly smaller but setup very well. Internet is really good. Shower is nice and has good pressure. I had a 42" TV in my room which was perfect.
Just one night spent there and let me say I really liked it. The room was spacious; it was a two beds room but with plenty space for us, restroom and shower clean with some small amenities but everything in there was working the way it should be. Elevator wasn't working (that is why only 4 stars) there was a small coffee bar at the lobby with all kinds of supplies to make a very decent coffee; I normally don't have breakfast at hotels so no information about it in this particular place. The structure it seems to be made out of wood, so if you are a light sleeper you probably will find difficult to keep asleep because the noise people make walking around. One last detail, it was crowded and some people were a little loud, not partying just talking loud and for some reason the sound was traveling real good through the walls. But at the end it was a good experience and definitely budget friendly, I'll be back on my next visit to Hickory
Used it because it had an 8.1 on booking. They must have a lot of people who normally sleep in boxcars on oat straw rate the place- it should maybe have a 6.5. Horrible temperature control in the room, a warm fridge, frightening "sack breakfast" (sad breakfast). Cramped and I'll maintained.
Ashley was awesome upon my arrival yesterday. Perfect person for the job. Thanks for your amazing attitude and friendliness Ashley. I will definitely stay here again.
I found a bed bug in my pillow case and was told I brought them with me. The general manager wouldn’t return my calls. Staff refused to refund my money. They gave me a 800 number for customer relations and I was transferred to a sales line. Take my advice and go to Crowne plaza right next to this hotel. Their price is 10 more per night .
I'm on the fence on what type of review I want to give because I used to work in the hospitality industry so I don't want to be too harsh or ramble on. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment I got there. The rooms have adequate semi new furniture, way too small of a television. My room was skipped for two days for housekeeping even though the do not disturb sign was not on the door after 8:00 a.m. I found other people's hair candy wrappers and toenail shavings on the floor near the nightstand You can tell the place has been painted and semi updated at least the rooms were The room's door around the door handle was so caked and hand dirt from previous guests then my hand would literally stick to the door, and they're toting about being proactive about being cleansingous and disinfecting the rooms, I guess this comes down to the lack of quality control with their housekeepers and motivation from their housekeeping staff Their rates are competitive with the other hotels in town at least I didn't get bed bugs on me like I did at the Baymont inn Their version of continental breakfast is a handoff bag service with bananas and muffins due to the current situation in the country If I had to answer the question would I go back again yes but not on the weekend with their inflated prices
