Oil change
I took my wife’s 2015 Jeep Wrangler in on 2/18 before driving it on vacay the the next day. I requested an oil & filter change along with a transmission fluid & kit change, 200 all together. Late that evening, after returning home, I found puddles of transmission fluid on our garage floor, along with blowback transmission fluid covering the under chassis, all the way to the rear bumper. A huge mess. Aside from the hassle in cleaning up a greasy garage floor and the oily undercarriage covered with road dust and transmission fluid residue, our 8am pull out for the next morning, was now delayed. I went back to T&C the follow morning at 730am. Did I receive an apology? No. Did I receive any sort of concession for my troubles, like say a free future oil change? No. The only excuse the owner could mumble at me was to say something about how the Jeep rubber gasket they used was “thick”. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with T&C. On multiple occasions after getting a simple oil change, I get my vehicle home only to find that too much oil has been installed. So, there I am, crawling under my car to drain out the excess oil. I’m thinking T&C needs just be a tire shop. Mechanical isn’t working for them. This will be the last issue we encounter with T&C. They will never receive my business again and I plan to strongly encourage others to go elsewhere too.

This place is amazing. Extremely knowledgable. I promise the lady at the counter has more automotive knowledge than the master mechanic at any shop in the area. Fast service and to the point.
It was time to add another service vehicle to our growing company at Anytime Heating Cooling Repair, so we brought the van we were instrested in purchasing to these guys for their expert opinion. They were very thorough once again, and we will continue to use them for all of our vehicle service needs. Staff is always professional and informative. Thanks to all of you.
