I love this agency, we've had our home and auto here for years. They always check for the lowest rates at renewal without us having to ask. Everyone I've spoken to is very knowledgeable and responsive. Jenny always calls or emails me back so quickly if I need something. Highly recommend!

When my auto and home renewal came up, Jennifer at Hicks was proactive in suggesting a change to a new insurer, which offered a couple advantages. She offered a suggestion, provided thorough information, and was very responsive to questions we had. She also handled the cancellation with the previous insurer, including resolving problems that occurred after cancellation. We have worked with Hicks for 20 years and have always found them to provide very good service.
