I have been calling the office for 3 days and stayed on The line for an hour hoping someone would answer. The recording always says they cannot answer because they are busy helping other people and this goes on any time you call. I’m trying to stay home as much as possible and them not answering calls doesn’t make it any easier. I went to the office and it doesn’t look like anyone is busy enough to answer calls. They still haven’t worked on my case and It’s been almost a month. I have to go in person just to get an update. They say check the app, upload your documents but they never check it or update it. Useless

I stayed on hold till the office closed. I called at 2:16pm and stayed on the line for nearly 3 hours. They do not call back or answer phones. How can I get information or speak to someone when they don’t answer as it is.
