Over the last couple of months I decided to upgrade my hifi gear so I emailed HifiSound regarding this and from the first email they were incredibly helpful to me. Once the showroom was allowed to open I booked an appointment to listen to speakers and after meting the staff in person, once again they were all so helpful. In total I made three separate visits just for listening to speakers, approx 17 hours in total and at no time was there any pressure to make a purchase. Quite the opposite as they just wanted me to come to a decision that was right for me. Every email or call was answered helpfully and I'll be going back for any more help and advice I may need. And I'll be advising any of my friends looking for upgrading to do the same. You can't beat excellent service. It was a great experience from start to end. Cheers guys.

I didn’t even know there was such a ‘wonderland’ in Stockton!! I started communicating with these guys via email during lockdown to help me buy a new vinyl system... so helpful! When I was finally able to visit the store and get a demo, I was made to feel so welcome. Their knowledge is first class... and for the first time ever in a HiFi store... no pressure what so ever! They were quite happy for me to stay and demo products all afternoon... but they were always there if needed to discuss the products, options and be guided by them to get the very best system! Nothing was too much trouble for them... even with someone who is so pedantic and fussy! Finally got my amazing new system delivered and set up by them yesterday! One very happy chappy! I can’t speak too highly of Hi Fi Sound and these guys... but specifically a big shout out and thanks to Simon and Barry. First class job guys! PS... just make it a bit easier to find your store please!
