I cannot speak highly enough of this website and the service they provide. I purchased a pair of Gucci jeans at roughly 75% off of rrp. The website was incredibly simple to navigate as was making payment via apple pay. I could track my shipment through “my account” a matter of hours after purchasing and the jeans were with me within 36 hours. I will certainly be using this platform to shop high end deals in the future.

Amazing website, amazing interface and amazing customer service! It was my birthday a month ago and, having blown through most of my budget on the birthday itself, wasn't left with too much to find myself a special outfit to go with this special occasion. A mate of mine recommended me this site (he had been a member for nearly a year and had no complaints) so I thought I'd check it out. As a newbie was fairly dubious about the hype so I signed up for a month (initially), figuring there was little risk associated with that. Wow what a waste of time being dubious was - the outfit came in no time and I was actually recommended to a T-Shirt that was PERFECT for my theme (I told the person on live chat that my birthday theme was black and gold and was linked to the most fire top). I'm genuinely super super happy, the people behind this app are clearly passionate and well versed in fashion and I can't wait to buy my summer wardrobe from you!

Perfect shopping experience! I’ve had a few questions about an item and he replied on the same day. I received the package one day after he ships it out (UK to Germany). The packaging was the best I’ve seen for a while. All items are packed seperately and shipped doubleboxed (99% of the other stores ship their stuff in some cheap bags) Definitely would recommend it to all my friends!

Joined HEO a few months thinking I'd only purchase 1 or 2 things, have been completely wrong! The website is amazing, purchased multiple Saint Laurent and Off-white for 80% off. Website is so easy to use and they upload on a daily basis. Even if you're after something particular their service is amazing and they'll help you get it. Keeping my membership for the long term! Could not recommend anymore
