The doctor and front desk staff are amazing. Courteous, friendly, and professional. The staff members selling the glasses, however, are the polar opposite: rude, condescending, and curt. And they’re so slow that you better plan to be there at least an hour. A gentleman “helped” me order the glasses, and he refused to give me a price until he had entered the entire order, which took about 45 minutes for him to do. I hadn’t even settled on those glasses yet. When I asked about less expensive options, he became snarky and talked down to me. I almost walked out. The lady who helped fit my glasses was less than friendly. It is a shame to have such a disappointing and upsetting experience in what is otherwise a very well-run office. I am giving three stars solely for the doctor and front desk staff. If not for the other staff, it would be five stars.

The doctors are very professional and thorough. The staff is courteous and helpful. The selection of frames was plentiful. So much better of an experience than dealing with eye care chains. A very positive experience.

This place is great! They got me an appointment right away. When I showed up, the waiting area was clean and nice looking. The office is modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful and professional. My experience across the board was all 5 star. I highly recommend this place.

These are the most friendly, professional, efficient, competent, thoughtful, thorough and technologically advanced doctors and staff that I have ever seen in any medical practice! I have been coming here for many years and they have maintained this level of excellence since my very first visit. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here and just say that I highly recommend High Mountain Eye Care!!!
