Dreadful customer service damaged 4 x curtains and unwilling to admit responsibility even though they are the Agent for Express Valeting Service, Macclesfield (another disrespectful body) - in the process of starting the procedure to take them to the Small Claims Court to recoup 707 - don't go anywhere near their dreadful business. UPDATE: Successfully took Parmars through the Small Claims Court, took a year but in the end the Judge made the right decision.
