We came across this amazing tea shop by chance after a long hike. We all enjoyed the home made cakes enormously. The outside seating area is really nice and the staff are extremely welcoming, efficient and friendly. Thanks! We'll be back, our next walk may even be planned around this place

Stopped for coffee and carrot cake on the way to do a walk. It was really busy and other folks meals looked good. Coffee was up to scratch and the homemade carrot cake was lovely. The prices were very reasonable, in fact I'd say surprisingly cheap!

Lovely people, lovely food. The Bakewell Tart is AMAZING. So much so we bought a full one to take away for the family. They loved it as much as we did. Would most certainly return without hesitation.

Milk shake was not what we were used to. This was milk with powder added. Very poor. They ran out of rice and buttermilk chicken, it was only 1.20 pm. Quiche was ok came with salad and a mountain of coleslaw. The chilli was just mince with kidney beans, a nice big portion which was awful. I would advise against this, as I feel it is not acceptable to be served. Sorry. I was offered an alternative but respectfully declined. I made a bad choice, but I’m sure other food is fine as it seems to have decent reviews. We were still charged full price though even though mine probably went in the dog. The cakes etc looked very nice and I’m sure they were great. The staff were really friendly, and the place itself has warm feeling.

Customer service was fantastic, so friendly and helpful! The food was massive and tasty! The raspberry cheesecake was unbelievable, wow!!! When we asked to fill our water bottles, they gave us water bottles instead! This will be a cafe we visit often on our Peaks cycle rides. Thank you again, it was brilliant!!
