Had fish and chips, had change from a fiver!, fish freshly fried, only had to wait a few minutes. Very small portions, chips were poor, fish was ok, but would pass for a 'mini's fish elsewhere. Get what you pay for I guess.
Excellent food, excellent staff, fairly priced food - definitely worth a visit
A proper, traditional fish and chip shop. The secret to good fish and chips is cook to order and in small batches so the chips are always fresh, hot, slightly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside and that's what you get. The prices are very, very reasonable. The service is good and the people friendly. It opens to meet the demands of the village and the needs of the owner - so it's not an all night kebab shop and all the better for it. Recommended
