UPDATE: It's 1/2 and I am still struggling with Spectrum to cancel my account. I started in August. Beware - this company has archaic methods of doing business and refuses to cancel service on the 1st/2nd/8th attempt - even after you return the equipment. Zero stars! I'm currently on hold with your retention team to cancel my service. I called on 9/27 to cancel and returned my equipment to the UPS Store on 9/28. Your rep is telling me that she can't cancel my service - that a back office must do it. All I want is a cancellation and partial cycle refund. Why is this so hard? She is only worried about where the UPS Store sent my modem after I returned it. I have a receipt and proof I turned it in. Why can't I get a cancellation???

I want to write a review for the SW Ohio region. Tech # **. I am so elated at the over and above excellent service he provided me. He was the most polite efficient person I've ever allowed into my home for any service appointment. His positive attitude and humanity really amazed me. He did an excellent job. TY Spectrum.
