This company needs to change their attitude towards customer and the service they provide. After having been a customer for about 15 years, I moved my business elsewhere both for my home and small business. They kept increasing prices for loyal customers almost 3 times around a year span ! They won't even send a separate latter about price increase. Just a line mentioned in one of their monthly bills. Seriously ! How many people read monthly bills especially if it is an ebill and auto draft, they won't notice the marginal price increase which they did over a period. They need to be regulated like power companies to ensure some sort of protection for average consumers and hope 5G competition picks up and these kind of companies greed to fleece consumers will get stopped.

Got quote for one price, with a cable box and modem. Hook it up and it does not work. Have too pay an additional 7 dollars a month to use the cable box we were given to watch cable after speaking with 800 number. How do I get one monthly price and then to actually use the cable box given I then have to pay MORE MONEY???

These people need to get with the times!!! Customer service hasnt changed since they were TWC. The only thing they can offer in my area is 15MBs of speed. I know for a fact my coworker lives a mile away from me, a literal mile, and they have North State. Another coworker of mine is also in the same area has SPECTRUM and he has a \good\ plan. They charge me 75.XX for 15 MBs when I was paying 85 for a GIG in no where Thomasville NC. That is absolutely insane and they should be called out for it.

I needed to give a cable box back to Spectrum, trying to reduce my bill. I was told to take it to a UPS store . I called back to confirm my return and was told by someone else I needed to take it to the Spectrum store but they weren't sure the store would take the return??????? I than asked if I could call the store!!!!! I cant believe you do not offer a local phone number for local stores. Now tomorrow I will have to drive 15 miles, see if the store will take the return so I catch the proper billing cycle to save me 9.00. Spectrum operates with an Iron fits, no give anywhere. I hope I live a to see the day Spectrum has competition. I have have spoken to many reps over the past few years and they are always pleasant. The company needs to become a bit more customer friendly.
