This is a good place once you establish a relationship. I had a jeep once and this the place I went to for all my repairs and maintenance. Once I was ready to sell the jeep they printed off a report of every single thing I did to my jeep in the 4 years they had me religiously. However don't fall for the empty promised when they try to get you to trade your better off going to the city and finding a dealership there.
I brought my car in to fix the fan controller heater... I can’t drive my car because it’s blowing only cold air!!! And at least it was blowing hot air before... and wanting to charge me another 95.00 just to tell me that it might be their fault.. is a joke. We already paid over 300.... I don’t think it’s ok to do a job and not do it properly!!!!!
The service was good but the final price was expensive for the work done and the journey engine light came on by time I took it home. It seems crazy paying for all the work and the journey engine light keeps coming on after 28kms. Now the alternator is burnt out the cable clamp to battery has snapped off. I paid 15000 for it be running but no it's broken down again.
Very happy with the service provided from big lakes dodge. I was having some issues with my radio and they made sure to have me in right away and the parts ordered and here and my truck all fixed up in no time. Greta service and friendly staff.
