AMAZING!!! This is a Real Deal Butcher Shop, asked for Maui/Miami/Kalbi Ribs and they cut them perfectly, 1/4 inch thick. I'm a Cheese Monger at St Lawrence Market in Toronto and this place is on par with the best Meat Shops I've been too. If you want proper cuts of meat...you will be impressed!

A huge thanks to Ryan and family! He made our pig roast absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect and he is such a friendly guy! Glad to say he's become a friend and if you haven't shopped here, you should! Prices are good and they are so welcoming!

Just got back from a holiday visiting my grandsons in High River. Stopped by Burgardt's and bought a few things to BBQ at my daughter's place. Holy cow, what an experience. Met Ryan the owner, what a great guy to talk to. The beef jerky is amazing. I told my doctor this morning that it was Ryan's fault that I gained 10 lbs. while on holiday. Hope to be back soon.
