I dropped my vehicle off one day for some work, expected it to be overnight, ended up talking to Doug about upgrading my lease and my vehicle was done before I even had a chance to leave.

I drove down from Edmonton and bought a trailer in High River yesterday and found my truck's brake controller wasn't sending power to the trailer brakes. I took my truck to High Country expecting that I would be told to make an appointment later. The staff at this dealership were phenomenal. The service manager did a quick test with me to check what was going wrong, let me park the trailer on the lot briefly and got right to work. Within 2 hours, I was back on the road. The service staff were also fantastic about communication -- at the one hour mark she let me know where they were at and asked if I wanted to keep going, and very shortly after, she called again to tell me it was all fixed and had been tested. The bill was less than I thought it would be too. I'm not saying these guys will always be the cheapest or always be able to give you same day service -- I'm saying that they clearly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you want an honest and straightforward service experience, you won't be disappointed.
