Carrie at the High River office has been an absolutle dream to deal with! Our custom home buying experience started out incredibly stressful and expensive with a different builder in southern Alberta. Carrie has gone above and beyond to help us plan our dream home. I strongly recommend skipping those other guys and just go with Nelson Homes. Your time and money is better spent here!! Excited to be in our home next year!!

I ordered one sheet of 5x10 MDF and asked Nelson Lumber to cut it into 4 pieces. They said they had the sheet in stock. I went and paid for it and gave them the instructions to cut it. So far it has been a week and I still haven’t received my MDF. I have been told they are swamped and every time I call to inquire about the status, am told it will be done today. Honestly it is getting a little ridiculous now. Apparently they received a large order and the GM said to stop all other orders for that. Is that great customer service? I should have ordered from somewhere else.
