Purchased a watch for my daughter for Christmas, it needed some links taken out so went back to Argos at High Wycombe retail park and a very helpful member of staff Patrick removed the links with no hassle. Would recommend this store very highly.

Terrible customer service from manager and staffs and came in to buy a crib and their system was not “working” , but money came out of my account and was only told there was nothing they could do. didn’t want to try again, not to double the amount and hassle of dealing and trying to get the refund during my Christmas holiday .

Very happy with the store in general but do have one complaint. Just before Xmas I visited & was disgusted to see a member of the Argos staff arrive 2 minutes before the store open, park in a disabled space deliberately, then sheepishly go through the crowd waiting for the store to open. Very selfish behaviour on one of the busiest shopping days when somebody would really be needing to use that disabled space...

No comment on products as it really depends on what you get with such a big range. But staff at this store are brilliant and very helpful. Have solved two issues quickly and efficiently and always very polite and friendly.

Small-ish but efficient. Mostly i find what I'm looking for here, just reserve and pick up. When not in stock almost always available 1 to 2 days for collection. Lots of free parking spaces too

I actually find myself being impressed by Argos. We all know it's a crap-hole staffed by bored university drop outs selling cheap tat, but sometimes we all need its convenience. Their fast track service actually works really well - we ordered & paid last night on the net, went in today and all the gear was there as promised, without anything actually going wrong. I was in and out in 3 minutes flat, which, let's face it, is what you want with Argos in case somebody you know sees you. Well done Argos.
