Very good service. Admittedly if you are hoping for a whilst you wait service this is not for you but the turn around time was about 4 days and the engraving was good quality and I was contacted to let me know when they were ready. Less than half the price of my other quote from Timpsons!

Terrible customer service! Dropped a trophy in at 9am Monday with clear instructions that it was required back by Friday latest. All that was needed was a simple name engraved. I was assured the work was simple and straightforward . Apparently the actual engraver only works nights so after not having any communication by Wednesday morning I was concerned. I called and was told it all in hand. 10.30pm that night I received a text telling me that the work couldn't be done to match existing (in lower & upper case) but only in capitals. I explained this was not suitable and would have to collect the trophy the following day (Thursday) leaving me only 1 day to find a suitable professional. Upon collection the following day the trophy was thrust at me with no apology or indication of interest. The text had stated that the people at the centre aren't knowledgable about his business and this was clearly the case. The whole place stinks of amateurism and unprofessionalism and I certainly wouldn't trust them with any future work......
