Absolutely delighted with service, product and finish of my new floor. Having had a disaster with another company, Josh was brilliant at suggesting various fixes and options to create our desired outcome. Great planning service, quote was a fair price and the fitting service was efficient and clean !! The floor was finished on time and looked beautiful. Cannot recommend this compamy enough. I literally cannot speak highly enough of Josh and Butler Flooring. From the first phone call through to the final carpet I have been impressed and so very grateful for all his attention to detail. There is no hard sell (something I was rather scared of when thinking about new carpet) He listened to exactly what we needed and even went a stage further to suggest alternatives based on his extensive experience.
