Ordered food via uber. Which they made no attempt to deliver. They said our address wasnt on the app which theyve confirmed and we told them its clearly on there. Uber cancelled our order and the shop won't give us our food even though they've taken the money. Told us to contact uber even though its not open currently. Worse customer service. Disgusting behaviour. Don't buy there food. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Made no attempt to help us at all. This is what its come too. Shop owners stealing money. Thieves!!!!

Calling anything from this place as 'food' is offensive. Don't get fooled by the bright lights and presentable store front. If I were Turkish- I would also be offended by the claim that the food is Turkish. Over cooked Mutton (it's not lamb- dont care what anyone says) or chicken- it doesnt matter its awful. I actually left my food. I told the guy behind the counter how horrible it was and he couldn't care less. Do yourself a favour- go across the road to Wycombe best kebab, or if you want even more authentic Turkish in Wycombe go down the road to Historia. This place is awful!

Just bought a Lamb kofe from this place it was gone within three fork fulls and it cost a fiver there was more salad then meat is never going there again don’t recommend

Ordered via uber eats, had two wraps and a burger. The wraps have no vegetables, just a little coleslaw, three chicken nuggets in each wrap. At least the burger was somewhat edible. Very disappointed.
