Charlotte expressed great knowledge and experience with my skin complaint and helped me with some areas of adult acne. I also returned for a lash lift and was highly impressed with the result. I’ve got to say that after trying an eyebrow perm for the first time I’m absolute blown away by the results. As I don’t wear makeup during the day then painting on eyebrows isn’t an option for my thin brows. I absolutely love the results and would advise anyone with thinning brows to give it a go. Charlotte is always welcoming, warm and friendly, her treatment room is fantastic, I have recently tried out lash lift with Charlotte after years of eyelash extensions, I am now fully converted! love my new low maintenance lashes.
