I thought I would write a review to counteract all of the poor reviews this store has received. I can’t speak for all of the staff but on Saturday we were served by Ollie, who’s product knowledge was second to none. He was polite and efficient without being overbearing. It would be wonderful if we all got exceptional customer service everywhere we went, but sadly that is not the case. So when someone does deliver, I believe they are worth a mention.

The customer service from what seemed to be the person ‘in charge’ was extremely rude and impolite to a lot of the customers today, including me and my mother who is now very upset! She has never been talked to in such a disrespectful manor. this happened on the 1/01/20. Very very disappointed! I will never been buying from the store again.

Worst service ever in store and this is from the manager so I expect no better from the staff! He was rude and very unprofessional. Won’t be shopping in store ever again . If I could this wouldn’t get a star at all
