Amazing customer service from Mac today. Extremely happy with how the whole process was handled from booking my car in the morning, all the way to how it was checked in exactly the time of the appointment and very quick 30 min repair. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amazing customer service from Mac and Marcus today, very bubbly and made me feel welcome. Took my car in as needed a new back exhaust fitted due to a hole and a rattling sound they done it for me as soon as they had the chance without appointment, also solved other issues with my car, very much appreciated as they didn’t have to help me so quickly with it on such short notice or the other things on my car, very highly recommended!! My car is so much more quiet now haha and I am very happy with it!

I came to high wycombe branch and was very welcomed by Mac and Keegan. They were very prompt and polite in getting the work done! Until I heard what I thought was the managers speaking to the staff in a rude, disgusting manner. As a customer it made me feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as iv seen really good reviews.
