Absolutely amazing service. At a delicate time like now what else would one need - reliability and trust. Thank you for a perfect experience

Visited today, definitely recommend this nail bar. The guy who done my nails was so friendly and chatty, I think I’ll be going back and requesting the same person. Very welcoming & friendly

I was going to 5 star nails in which i did not have any issues with (down the road from Ruby Nails) but Ruby Nails looked nicer so I went there and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! The tools was dirty and they had not be cleaned for god knows how long as I ended up with an infection in my foot and staying in hospital for over 1 week. The hospital had stated to me and on my paper work that the tools in which they used was DIRTY!!! I will NEVER GO BACK THERE, I was off work and on crutches for over 2 weeks I total I had over 1 month off work!! Due to me trying to get a pedicure yes I did go back and complained, they actually stated the tools had dropped on the floor before they had done my pedicure!!! This business is a JOKE!

We had 3 full set appointments yesterday we were 15 minutes early but seen to 15 minutes late and other walk in client's that were not coloured people were seated straight away whereas we had to wait despite having appointments. The nail technian managed to cut me and my thumb was bleeding and stinging i told her but she continued to shed skin from a electrical machine. When i complained she spoke to her colleague in her language showing her my cut which i fpunf rude. When i told the lady at the reception desk her response was 'oh ok i will tell her'. I feel like black and asians are treated differently to white people. My thumb had been burning /stinging since and with covid i am struggling to wash and sanitise my hands! Absolutely poor service
