Solidity made a 1300x1300 low profile shower tray for us 13 years ago and we have been delighted with it. So, when we decided to remodel our en suite bathroom we went back to them. We now have a fantastic bespoke 1750 x 3000 shower tray. The whole experience of working with Solidity again has been most satisfactory. We received a very quick response to our initial enquiry and a quote followed in no time at all. We were advised when they would come to measure up and at the same time an installation date was set. Both appointments were attended punctually by the craftsmen who were polite, professional and innovative – advising us thoughtfully about the best solution. The team members in the office were just the same. Our work was completed exactly to time and specification. We have no hesitation in recommending Solidity.
Called the company around 10:30pm expecting to a voicemail so they get bcl to me, fortunately someone answered late at night and managed to deal with my query successfuly. Excellent service and will highly recommend to anybody.
