Higher Ground does a thorough and professional job of cleaning our roof and gutters. We’re on their schedule for 3 cleanings a year. I don’t have to be present. I am always happy to come home to a clean roof!

Walt came out and explained what needed to be done about my gutters. He gave me several options and sent me a couple of estimates immediately. He always responded promptly to my emails. Today I got my much-needed new gutters! My crew was Michael, Rex and Dustin. These guys were great! On time, efficient, friendly and very professional. I’m so glad a friend from my work recommended Higher Ground to me.
Pretty disappointed with these guys. Had used them several years ago and was impressed but something has obviously changed. Been trying to get my gutters cleaned with them since May because I had wanted to keep giving them my business but unfortunately no longer. I got an email through their online system when I submitted a request in May that they would be out in mid July. I was not too happy with having to wait that long but decided to wait. Never saw or heard anything after that and when I called at the end of July (getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible..) they said they had no record of my appointment and would be mid -September (last Thursday) at the earliest. They called that morning and said they would be out in the afternoon. I called and left a message to try and let us know when they were coming so my husband could be there since we were concerned about part of our gutters and had some questions. We never heard anything after they left that initial call that morning saying they would be out, no one ever showed that day or any days immediately following. Also never even got a call from the company after.
Be careful to accept their quote then wait months for no service to be performed. Received estimate on 7-6-20 and accepted on 7-7-20. Was told services would be performed week of 8-17. Contacted them week of 8-10 and they confirmed they would come to perform the services the following week. Received a call on 8-19 saying a crew would be out that day to perform 2 of the 3 services. No one showed up. Call the company on 8-20 and spoke to Matt. He did not even know that someone hadn't shown up. He spoke to the crew and was told they had a problem. He then assured me they would be out the week of 8-20 to perform all the services. No one showed up. I called and left a message on 8-26 but have not received a call back. Not only does this company have a serious scheduling problem but the cannot seem to properly communicate with their customers. The worst part is I waited almost 2 months for them to perform the services. I would say the is showing tremendous patience. Now I have to seek out other companies, wait for quotes, then wait presumably many weeks to have the services completed. This company has a complete lack of respect for their customers. I live in a large community in which they perform many services. My next post is to the community bulletin board unless they call to apologize in the next couple of days.
We were extremely pleased with the work and the price. I was amazed at how quickly it was completed (cleaning and gutter guards) AND the clean up afterwards. Thank you.
