I recently stayed here for an operation. Really great experience (considering the circumstances). I stayed overnight and everything from the check in to room, nurses and food were all amazing. I have never experienced such a great standard of care. Everyone was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you.

I recently had surgery at Highgate Hospital and cannot thank the staff highly enough for the care I received across all departments. This was not only on the day of my procedure but also during my outpatient, imaging and pre-assessment appointments ahead of my surgery where staff were always friendly and put me at ease. On the day of my procedure the level of care was exceptional and very attentive from the reception staff who took me to my room, the catering services, the surgeon and anaesthetist, and in particular the theatre and recovery team, and the nursing team on the wards. Nothing was too much trouble and throughout I was made to feel like I was the only patient despite theatre and wards being very busy. Thank you to all the teams involved in my care. I would not hesitate to recommend Highgate to anyone.
