Let me preface this by saying that I am a serious Chinese food enthusiast and have been to all of the authentic places I can find in central and north Jersey, as well as many in New York and Philly. This restaurant is authentic, and the service is friendly, as well as a good atmosphere. However, the price to portion ratio is the absolute worst of any Chinese food I have ever found, you pay a high price and you get such a skimpy portion of meat. The food quality is good, not great, not even close to what it should be for the price. Chengdu 1 palace on route 22 offers better authentic Chinese food, much bigger portions, and a lower price.

Well gotta say the food was really good. Wasn't a huge fan of vegetable dishes but this one was on point. And the duck was a bit spicy but amazing. Definitely will revisit. Do go if you want some authentic Hunan dish in Highland Park area
Five stars. My family love the shredded beef with Asian green chilies (hot spicy). The sauteed string bean with eggplant (medium spicy) was good. My mother would like it hot spicy next time. I will definitely try more spicy dishes next time.
We like a lot to go out. Last night we arrived in this superb place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a delightful time there with great meal and a professional team and a professional chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will certainly return soon. We deeply recommend.
It’s pretty good. Nothing really stands out, but the service and atmosphere are great. Food is on par with standard Chinese fair though.
Decent food, however quantity become less and less, you need two person order for one person. No longer recommended.
