Corporate policy won’t allow any sort of lease cancellation or even a rent reduction deal during COVID while people are financially struggling. Seems like they have no care for tenant well-being. Management is okay, Erwin was pretty superficial and fake. I signed a lease with him and he was overly kind and attentive, but once I tried to get his help after he treated me like a stranger and had an attitude. Facility is decent-nice I’m not going to lie. Rooms have a nice carpet and everything works well. Only problem with the apartment itself is the furnishing. The desk can barely fit a laptop, stoves are a lame electric stove, TV is the size of two cutting boards and so far away from the couch. Other than that, facility is decent. I just wish the niceness of the facility matched the niceness of the management.

Highlander been great for my son stay only problem I have with them is they focus on towing car from parking lot and before the Covid-19 hit they kept sending us early renewal the lease, so we did it at the normal price then when COVID-19 hit they drop the rent I think they should’ve drop the rent for tenant who sign early also why is my son stay in the same apartment with a student that he pay more, and the parking pass should come with your rent not paying extra.

I can’t believe what I just read in the reviews lol! If this guy Joshua works for highlander then why did he write an “excellent review”as if he he’s a student living there ? He always comes into apartments for work orders. That doesn’t make any sense ! You can at least not write fake reviews. People are not that dumb.

The maintenance department has done an extraordinary job turning this complex into a wonderful place to live. Ever since the new management this place has really turned it around. Josh cares what we have to say and will do everything in his power to make us comfortable! Everyone here is making this a vibrant terrific place to be! Thank you all for what you have done. I would highly recommend to anyone

Josh, Mr. Mike, and Don Pedro are fantastic with making sure my maintenance requests are fulfilled to the highest satisfaction. They are always friendly, patient, and professional. I very much appreciate the service they provide. Erwin, Max, Bobby, Britt, and Kaia are always so nice at the front office. They know me by name which makes me feel like a valued resident. I appreciate how quickly they handle any concerns I have and I genuinely enjoy my conversations with them. thanks team Highlander! :)
