Wouldn’t recommend this place. Made arrangements to store my camper. Went over all the details with the girl on the phone. She knew we were going to be storing a camper and she still ended up giving us a garage. There’s no way our camper would fit in the garage. I asked for a refund for the overpayment since the garage costs more per month than an open area spot and the manager said no. I know it’s only 20 but it’s the principle. It was your mistake and you’re still are charging the customer for something that they couldn’t even use.
The owners are just great people they go the extra mile for any of your needs!!! P.s. love the ducks and geese!!
Do not rent from these scammers! Besides the fact that they run this place remotely, the space they set me up with had a hole in the wall that led into the next unit. When I called to get a refund they tried to get smart with me, I went next-door to secure care safe storage and they took care of me, and the set up took about five minutes.
I had a very good experience when renting space for my RV, and have continued to have good service. The entrance is beautiful and the gate is easy to operate. An especially good thing is that our price for storage was lowered instead of raised. I am happy with the business.
