I love working with HighRidge Insurance. Many other medical insurance brokers setup the arrangement and then let it run on autopilot while providing as little support as possible. I've gone through three other brokers before I found HighRidge and they are completely different. They really work for us and handle any and every need we have. It feels like we have a partner on this front which is very helpful for a small business that doesn't have 10 staff in HR to handle all the red tape that comes with medical insurance. Plus, their new electronic enrollment and HR system is great and is a wonderful perk. It would have cost us hundreds per month to setup something like that and we're getting it for free through HighRidge. I'm extremely satisfied with their level of service and support and I've already recommended them to several colleagues and other business owners.

When I took over the position of HR/Accounting Manager I was worried about how I was going to take care of our employees, manage my own staff of 3 and be efficient in my new role. Well when it comes down to it, the High Ridge team offered up their services in any way I need them. The team has never let V3 down and they are efficient and quick to get things done.
