One of my favorite places to go to when I'm visiting NJ!
Some of the best Mexican food in the area, very reasonable prices with a phenomenal spicy chicken fajitas with rice and beans and a delicious set of tacos.
Food is ok ,the service is very slow only one Waitress working This used to be my favorite place to get Ecuadorian food but I think I have to find a new spot in Hightstown
Food was alright, chips are not free which is very weird. Mole sauce tasted a little strange, and the chicken inside of the enchiladas was extremely dry and very bland. They forgot to give us a portion of our order too. Food is okay in a pinch if you’re craving it, but the quality and taste isn’t that great.
I’ve been coming here for many years now with my dad. They got some good food, but sometimes it’s kinda lacking. That’s why I always order the pollo apanado, it always tastes good, and it’s rarely ever “burnt”. No comment from my dad but he’s eaten almost everything on the menu. But now here’s why it gets 3 stars. First during the summer the ac doesn’t work and it’s really hot in there, but since it’s winter now it’s not much of a problem. The morocho, its good only when it’s freshly made that day, once we ordered it and it had a very weird texture. We ended up having to drink something else. Some other costumer also complained about it. Lastly, this Friday we bought two pieces of tres leches. Opening the box it was in, a very VERY bad odor was being released. Also it’s too thick. I’d recommend going elsewhere for their tres leches
