Highly recommended. For our new home, I first contacted Toby Searle after reading in the 2018 issue of Top Homes magazine that a number of Highwater Homes projects had been recognised in the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) annual awards. During our initial discussion, Toby’s considered manner and ‘can do’ attitude in discussing with me various requirements for a desired custom home I had sketched, was not only reassuring but aligned with a recommendation of high quality work by his company that was offered to me by an architectural designer with experience in the Macarthur area. My expectations for a great building experience were comprehensively over-delivered. In particular, I was extremely satisfied with the integration of my design requirements – and numerous suggested improvements - into the build. There was excellent cost containment with no surprise cost additions along the way, and the collective attitude of the builders and trades people on site when I visited was always welcoming. Toby, Elizabeth and the Highwater team ran a first-class operation in interpreting what I wanted, then delivering 100% plus on a beautifully crafted, very solid, and quiet new home. I highly recommend Highwater Homes to anyone who may be apprehensive about building with a firm that might not have their best interests at heart.

We have no hesitation in recommending Highwater Homes to anyone considering building a new home. Highwater Homes was recommended to us by our draftsman who designed the plans for our house. From the very first meeting with Toby we were impressed with both his professionalism and attention to detail. While we were still in the final stages of our design, Toby provided some input into our design from a builders perspective which have proven to be very useful and practical additions to our home. Toby and Elizabeth’s communication is excellent, and we were always kept up to date with all aspects of our build through the Co-construct software; an invaluable tool to keep an accurate record of all communication and expenses. At all times we were kept informed about the progress of our build, and all of the tradesmen and contractors that Toby employed were of excellent standard and their skill and workmanship reflect highly on Highwater Homes. Throughout the construction of our new home we found Toby and his team at Highwater Homes to be fastidious in every aspect of an always worry free build. It was a pleasure to build with them. Highwater Homes were always happy to discuss with us and adjust any changes we required along the way. We were also very impressed with their online computerised program that allowed both they and ourselves the ability to keep up to date with any queries, adjustments to selections changes to the costings. We walked into our new home on the first day and still to this day absolutely love and enjoy living in our home. 4 years on and as always still to this day we have no hesitation in recommending them as a reputable and reliable builder for those considering building their own home.
