I’ve been working with Brian and his office for almost 7 years now. I was worried in the beginning that I would be just another number since State Farm is such a giant. But Brian treats his office like a boutique and is always available, professional and extremely responsive. In full transparency, its Brian that makes me a State Farm client, not all the entertaining commercials.
My son was stranded with a severely cracked windshield. Rosa worked as a liaison between adjuster, enterprise, my son and myself until 10:30 p.m., to procure a rental car for my son and arrange for a remote replacement of his windshield. The process then took six days and Rosa did not only text, but phoned me every day, to be sure all was well. There is no comparable customer service on the planet. During these stressful times, or any time, having a child stranded far from home is very upsetting. We felt confident and secure in Rosa’s uber professional care, and cannot thank her enough. I’ve experienced several different carriers in my lifetime, and State Farm is without question, the best. They understand their insureds are people and are empathic in every detail. Rosa for president !!

So I found myself needing my rear windshield replaced. First call went to Brian and his wonderful staff. Less than 2 hours later I was on the schedule “that day” for the replacement. Unfortunately (and nothing to do with Brians office) the glass company couldn’t get my windshield until the following morning. And with a little follow-up “nudge” from Susie O’Neill (thanks Susie), the glass company was there first thing the next day. Thanks again Brian, Susie, Joanne and the rest of the awesome staff at Brian Lock/State Farm!
