Great place to train. I came from a 15 year boxing background and played college football. I really enjoy the grind of hard training and beating myself into the dirt with hard work. I've brought friends in who have never thrown a punch in their life and they've all had a blast coming through and learning the basics of how to stand, movement/footwork and striking. The coaches can cater all the way from absolute beginners to more intermediate and advanced students. The coaches tailor the structure and intensity of the workouts accordingly. The no set class times is a big plus over other gyms. If a class is already is session you just warm up off to the side and jump into one of the 10 stations that are open when you're ready. If you come in to train and you're the only one there, then you have 1 on 1 training with the coaches undivided attention until there's enough people to start a class. The coaches are always offering 1 week free trials so there's absolutely no reason not to give it a try. Something to keep in mind is that there is no affiliated HIITBOX fight team. If you're looking to compete in the future this can be a great stepping stone for you to brush up on the basics, get in shape and jump up to a more specified competitive style of training elsewhere, but don't walk in expecting to be cracking skulls and having gym wars every day.

This place kicks ass! Great classes with great trainers! You ALWAYS leave feeling great, accomplished and wanting to come back for the next class! Edwin and the rest of the team do great one on one coaching so you never feel left behind. I've recommended these classes to so many of my friends and colleagues. Already signed up for another year! Can't wait!! I highly recommend to check out at least one class, you'll see.

This is an awesome place to get a good workout in! All the trainers are super knowledgeable and helpful. Its a go at your own pace but work hard for your goals while having fun type of environment. 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.
The best place for a workout and to learn kickboxing. Edwin is the best trainer ever. He helped me every single day with my workout. He’s always there to teach you new things with enthusiasm.
