Some trails are just better different times of the year. This one rather flat and easy but on a fresh snow day, very enjoyable.

Lots more fun to bike than to hike. Too many bugs (including ticks) to deal with when hiking. Not as big of an issue when you’re on a bike. It’s a fairly short, easy, secluded loop. I had the whole thing to myself. It’s gravel the whole way. The bunkers are kind of cool to see.
This is a fun trail, good biking, I really love the scenery and the seasons give it a Different experience every time! You would be wise to bring some extra equipment depending on how hard you go. Make sure to have plenty of H20 and beaware of the bugs like ticks. I like to carry with me caffeine pills in case I need a boost. Lastly I've brought with me home made onigiri, it just thematically goes with the experiences I've accumulated. It's easy to feel like a bandit given the archaic TNT storages. But the area is noticeably familairy and this keeps you grounded. I rode a fixie, a mtn bike, and my 8-speed internal geared monstrosity, so I think most bikes can handle the trail.
Pretty little path to stroll down! Mostly shaded too. The bunkers are cool too.
A great trail to experience time in nature. The bunkers add an interesting flair. Not much foot traffic. Be sure to bring your phone with a map app as staying on the trail can tricky.
