It took a little bit for the food to come, but we ordered in the afternoon (off typical meal time) and it's understandable. It was the only drawback. The food was great. Service was great.
The food is tasty and the ambience is good.
Service is okay, but foods are not good, materials are less selected. Burger tastes like a fast microwave made. And tea is also bad.

Inflexible and sheepish staff certainly won't go out of their way to make you feel like a customer... The coming facelift likely won't change the attitude of the staff, do. for me the 3rd attempt means I will avoid this location from here on. Produce used is of average quality, but not a place I would come back to! Organic coffe, but that is it regarding choice!
