DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. Extremely sloppy and unprofessional. This law firm did not do their fact checking nor background checking before drafting their notice. If they had, they would realize that they sent the notice to the WRONG business. When I tried to inform them of their mistake, they were extremely unresponsive and did not listen properly before directing the call away. If you were the plaintiff in this case and engaging them as your lawyers, save your time and money. They're obviously very sloppy workers and won't look twice at your case as long as you give them the money.

I worked for Leonard Hill's office for a short time. Although it was brief, I had an opportunity to see the inner workings of the firm which concentrates in personal injury. In any law firm, the staff is always critical to ensuring that telephone calls are answered, legal documents are filed on time, etc. However, the staff's most important function is to ensure that the client's feel well cared for, important, and their concerns addressed in a timely manner. The staff, in every regard works like a well-oiled machine, returning phone calls in a timely manner and making sure that the clients are kept up to date on all aspects of their case. In fact, every phone call, letter, and pleading is recorded in an impressive software program which manages the entire case. Therefore, if a client calls to request a status of their case, the last executed task is recorded in the program so that any person in the office can monitor progress of the case and respond to any questions. Leonard employs a dedicated and knowledgeable staff to ensure that the office runs smoothly in every regard. Not once did I ever learn that a client called with a complaint. With that said, the heart of the firm is undoubtedly, Leonard Hill. He has an infectious optimism and when one is in his company, you can't help but get excited, as well. The fact is...Leonard loves the law and every aspect of his role in the firm. He loves running the office, talking to his clients, negotiating settlements, litigating cases, and he is great at it! He has a passion for every aspect of being a lawyer and delights in talking about his cases. In this day and age when most lawyers hate what they're doing, Leonard brings a refreshing enthusiasm and passion in all he does.
