My husband and I met with Alex to do our estate planning. We had know idea what was involved and why it was so important. Alex took to the time to meet with us by phone first to review the process, get to know us, explain what we needed to do and answer our questions. While he prepares the documents, I emailed frequently with questions and Alex was quick to respond. We met in person to review, sign and of course had more questions.
