My husband recently was admitted through the ER. He was septic from diverticulitis. We would like to thank Drs. Rana, Graham, Seely and the entire staff for the excellent care he has received. After several days in the ICU he is on the way to recovery and has been able to avoid surgery. Thanks to everyone as your expertise & caring have saved his life! Through new ownership & investment, this hospital has become a true hospital of choice rather than a hospital of last resort! We are forever grateful!

Had a procedure today. The whole staff is great. Anesthesiologist was Steven he answered all questions and was awesome. R.N. Hali and Katina were excellent beginning to end. Ken Smith was great as well. Also the pre op team of Tera and Trisha were fantastic. we moved from Allen several months ago, the level of care these folks have is much greater than other areas I have lived in.

I was at the hospital for a follow up surgery for my cataract surgery. I was so impressed with how clean it was and how it was updated. I also had been having a problem getting a procedure scheduled. The nurse in charge of surgery graciously assisted me in getting it scheduled in a flash. Also, the new sign in and registration is so streamlined. It went much faster this ime than on previous visits.

I received both a phone call and a text message to confirm my nurse's visit for this morning. Neither confirmation message nor the initial phone conversation notified me that I could not bring my child with me to the appointment because she was not the patient being seen. Had I known the new protocol I would not have made the appointment or arranged properly to be compliant with the hospitals new regulations. I did not appreciate the tone of the front desk staff when I arrived to the appointment nor the lack of communication. The confirmation should be updated and current patients should be made aware of new rules.

I went in twice for cataract surgery. The staff was very nice and friendly. I felt that great care was taken for the Covid situation and my needs for the surgeries. Altogether a very good experience. I am so happy to be able to do this without having to go out of town.
