I bought 4 Heuchera plants from Cramers webshop. The shipping was fast, the packing was very bad. Which damaged the foliage of 3 plants . One plant was already unhealthy with holes in the leaves. I contacted the customer support that I received 3 out of 4 plants in a bad condition due to the poor packaging and one is unhealthy. Their respond is that is normal since it is winter and it is the dormant season for the plants, they never admit thier responsibility for the poor packaging! Definitely I will not recommend the webshop to buy from.
