Was there to get a repair for a headset, after talking to 2 people find before finding out it was to late to get a repair. I then get assistance to get a new one, Specificly for a good microphone, gets home and finds out the headset has a static noise 10 times higher than my voice no matter if the mic is put on the headset.

Prices are in the cheap end. Service is adequate and a bit of waiting is to be expected if you need help with your purchase.
