I ordered Windum for transport of a Chiffoniere (antique furniture) bought from Lauritz, Denmark to southern Germany. The driver called my an hour before arrival. The furniture was carefully stored in the truck, the guy was very friendly, communication in english was perfectly fine. He even helped me carrying it upstairs when I asked him and of course he got a tip for this, since this isn't a service you can expect. Even asked me to check if everything is fine and there is no damage before signing. One of the best experiences I had with a transport company so far, a pleasure to deal with Windum!

Normal transport service. Normal communication process. Normal packing quality. One thing I have to complain this transport company is after they loss my Royal Copenhagen blue fluted plates (16 big plates), and finished the fee refund. Thence, they did not reply anyone of my emails. How can a transport service be so rough !!! This company breaks some of my good perceptions of Denmark. What a pity !!! By CJ on 18/4/2016
