This is just to commend John Kolfschoten, CPA, of the Hillhurst Tax Group of Glendale who has been very professional on responding on inquiries I phoned him or emailed him. He helped us to solve our tax problems, which were bothering us for years. The good news we received from the IRS, through the service of John of the Hillhurst group, came as an early birthday gift for my husband. Suffice it to say that receiving good news like that amidst the many stresses the pandemic has brought is a welcomed breather. Jonathan and his team have been helping me with my taxes for over 6 years. They are always available when I need questions answered and have helped me get through some tough times with the IRS. They did an Offer In Compromise for me when I owed over 260,000 and there was no way I could ever work to pay that amount of taxes and penalties off. It took about a 11 months to get the offer in place and accepted due to the amount.
